Any ideas on how to balance the talent in NCAA in subsequent seasons? Ideally I'd like to make it so that the power conferences are always way more talented than minor conferences....

Nope. Normal minor league players. I generate high school aged players and put them in my rookie leagues. Because then they have longer careers. They don’t progress until they’re 18.

Please change CMD + A behavior for Mac users

For Mac users, CMD + C and CMD + V to copy and paste works as expected. However, CMD + A should select all. Instead it opens an about OOTP popup.

History almanac doesn't keep tournament stats

The issue is this:
For tournaments that have existing teams assigned to it, the history page does not keep team standings & stats for the tournament, despite there being an entry for the tournament...

Tournament History has incorrect team records

It should only show the wins & losses for the tournament, but instead it shows cumulative wins/losses for the entire season.
