Re-Importing did the trick. I luckily had saved my edited copy of the MLB Quick Start as an additional quick start so I could test it out with a new draft class.

I've been having the same issues with other years...

I've been having the same issues with other years as well. It usually gets to anywhere from 40 to 45 percent before crashing.
