I'm on a Macbook, running the updated version of OOTP9.

Occasionally, when simming day to day (using the 'finish today' button and on the Major League Schedule page) I get this error:

I'm on 9.1.2. I've also deleted the quick start, re downloaded and unzipped and tried again. No luck. I'm assuming this must be a Mac issue.
