same bug for me I believe

team names changed (after about an hour of work creating them :)) after I did a couple of other things in the league, including checking owner goals - running iPad iOS 14.6 on a first generation 12.9...

also had crash on replay last play

was in the 8th inning too :(
on my iPad Pro (1st gen) had game setting to pitch by pitch, last play had two outs and runner from 2nd base thrown out at plate for third out after a bases loaded...

Another alternative solution is to create 3 or 4 separate OOTP Leagues under one Game, disable playoffs for each, and then - if you want playoffs or some sort of world championship round or champions...

Perhaps this has been said before, but it seems you can more or less simulate having three or more separate 'leagues' under the 'only 2 sub-leagues allowed' restriction through manual season...
