I did win a prize after the above in tournament#1210004 and the PP were properly applied, so it seems to be just this one tournament.

Twice I've been the last to sign up and rather than take me to the 'set roster', the tournament goes direct to 'Preparing' and then it starts without me being able to set my roster.
