What about PPs? Will PPs be tied to the account instead of the OOTP version, so PPs I buy I can spend in whichever version I want?

Time will tell. With the odds they have and the points being earned, I'd be hard pressed to believe that anyone who is not investing a lot of money will come close to collecting the 2000+ cards...

OOTP 20 - 4 months until upgrade?

Just have a question - OOTP 19 was released around March 22nd 2018, which means we can probably expect OOTP 20 to be released around the same time in 2019. That will give us about 4 months of using...
