Latest windows and TB2.5 (can't create new fightes, edit stats)

I've just noticed while looking to enter a new fighter (or edit stats of made fighters) my game locks up completely once I go to type in any letters or numbers.

Is there a work around for this...

I remember when we got one last small patch put out that allowed for the AUTO COVER-UP mode to kick in (without having to answer yes) on fights...
