OK, where's the waiver wire?

I can't seem to find it. The option to put players on waivers doesn't even exist. What have I missed?

No skin off my back. I'm from MO but have never been a Mizzou fan. They do make sense on a couple of levels for the Big Ten though. Pitt probably has the best overall chance.

Rule V draft bug

The rule V draft doesn't work in my game. It is enabled in the league setup. In the menu that lets you sim up to a point, the rule V draft always appears, but is dated for December 1st...eleven years...
