What I am saying is....if you are going to use scouting...the numbers really are just the same as the "written report" if you use either 2-8 or 20-80 scales.

I never obsessed over stats...to me inate talent is much more important....stats can fluctuate....good years, bad years...and yes performance matters, but it's talent which drives performance...not...
