For a Mac, depending on your system you have to go in your Library -> Containers -> OOTP Baseball 24 -> Application Support -> OOTP -> Data and then you’ll have the sub folders.

The game has fonts for all MLB teams already loaded and created plus this mod has different ones, so you don't need to necessarily create some, you can use some of those rather than just customizing...
