I have been waiting for a long time before buying...

I have been waiting for a long time before buying this game and using these rosters. I think I am finally at that point, can anyone tell me what is still missing/"wrong" with this roster set? Thanks.

I was referring to previous versions. I haven't bothered buying this years until real rosters are available. But from what I have seen from the Demo, the import issues still exist.
