logged out and player moves in PT messed up

In PT I moved a reliever to the reserve and one from reserve to the 40 man roster, this was successful but a minute later the screen closed and it OOTP asked me to login again. When I logged back...

I prefer pitch-by-pitch mode as it allows for more strategy but...it takes time...so I find myself mostly playing in single pitch mode the vast majority of time. It's great that we have the choice.
