I found the problem. If you filter the TT list, like iron only tournaments, the filter is being applied to the PD. Going back to the TT and turning off the filter allows the PD list to show up.

When I sign up for the tournament it says it is a diamond cap 1500 but allows me to pick any player as if it is an open tournament.
