A pitcher has a stamina rating. According to the manual, that is how many pitches he throws before tiring. But he doesn't really start tiring until much later. I wonder if anyone has any insights...

I was advised I can change the frequency of these in League Options > League Settings > Stats & AI

I changed the settings to .869 (Wild Pitches) and .720 (Passed Balls).
