License activation

Update

I was able to get the issue resolved by doing a clean install of OOTP 20 but it is still an issue which could crop up again.

This is not true, each team has several non-roster invites.
Rarely, if at all does a team use a roster invite during spring when that player is out of options.

If I enter perfect team, I usually have to completely shut down the game and then restart it to play ootp 19 and vice versa, otherwise I crash or corrupt the game file.
