If you are concerned that doing so would reduce sales for ootp 12..you can always only make the rosters avail to those who preordered...

The question really is the playoff roster. Teams are allowed to use anyone that was on there 25 man roster, plus they get exeptions for anyone on the DL. They do not have to put someone on waivers...
