So what is the downside for drafting these players? Almost no one is picking any of them, wouldn't you want to offer your 10 picks minor league contracts and just wait and see if they do any good? ...

Simulating ruins my record

I am trying to work my way up as a manager so I am playing as some rookie league teams. I have found in most of my seasons that as soon as I start simulating games, my record tanks horribly.
