why can't I sell some players

There are some cards that I am not able to sell at the auction house. What are the rules as to what cards can and can't be offered at auction? Example, Tatis future star, can't be auctioned, Pete...

expanded roster not working

in the rules section, I secondary and expanded roster sizes set to 40, with active roster set to 25. Roster expansion date is 9-1-17. I'm not able to add a 26th player to the roster on 9-1 or 9-2. ...
