Crashing at Rule 5 draft

I have tried a couple new games but my client keeps crashing right before the rule 5 draft. I ran the most recent update but now I can't get past the rule 5 draft. I uploaded the DAT files to the FTP...

Starting Challenge Mode as Expansion

You could do this in 22 but apparently you cannot start unemployed, expand the league, and start as an expansion team GM. Anyone figure this out?

Hover stats stopped working

When I did the latest patch I lost the cursor hover pop up that would show the players stats. Nothing serious just a little annoying. Did you want a screen shot?

I am having the same issue as well. Teams are waving really good players. I experimented and repeated the issue three times with 3 separate leagues. I even had the Twins waive Buxton season 1.
