It seems like your device is reporting a wrong resolution to the game. Unfortunately I do not know how to fix it, but I suppose it is some sort of setting in your Android OS. Try all default settings...

Thanks! This option does work (so players can move freely between leagues), but as there is no league structure editor in OOTP Go, you cannot move teams unfortunately.

Yeah, it's a display bug (so has no influence on the simulations), there is a file missing in the OOTP Go install package. Will be fixed in the first patch :)
