So the hard mode makes it harder, that's what it's supposed to do right? You can't just click the make it work button, choose one of the listed players and complete the trade. I think it's too easy...

That happened to me as well, although I play as gm and manager. It seems like two-way-players can't pitch and hit in the same game.
I guess it's just a mistake and can be fixed with the new update?!
