I know it's possible to start a game with no history, but I'm wondering if it's possible to start a standard game with completely randomized players, or at least randomized player names.

Thank you, but it may need refinement.. I'm already in NHL stats or roster stats for example, I don't think it's relevant at that place to have to select the league before being able to do the rookie...

I agree with the possibility to turn off these invitations. From my perspective, there is no added value to the game to manage these teams.
