Second is of course waivers, to many players at times being put on waivers.

I wouldn't expect a complete fix for this, this is something that will be adjusted over many patches over many months. It's not a bug in the way you just have a fix and its all better .

This is true in alot of cases, some will come over and play in the OHL or such but alot stay at home and develop for a few years. Doesnt mean you shouldnt draft them just dont count on them...

Just like the title says, in todays game being 19YO and being send down is a norm and players while disappointed expect this for the most part and i shouldnt have a minor league team full of unhappy...
