2023/2024 League Setup (European Leagues)

Hi guys,

is it possible to promote/relegate the teams from the European Leagues ingame?

I'd love to start a new game with the correct leagues.

Yes it indeed looks like its the old card template (which I deleted from the save). Is there an option to always use the "modern" template? This might solve the problem here.
