Unable to "Submit TEAM"

I have been unable to to us the SUBMIT TEAM button for about 12 hours.

Last submission says it was 9:49 Local time.

I have changes that show in the game when I log out and log in but the box...

I am missing something...how did you get these splits?

Vs L / Vs R for pitcher? Wouldn't that be against the batter and not the pitcher and so not relevant.
