When inputting a roster.txt file. Is there a number you can use to retire a guy? Like 0 is a FA, then the individual team numbers. Is there a number I can put in to change guys to retired?

Even in 1990 they won't sign. Same with others who made NHL debuts in 90/91 like Peter Bondra, Sergei Federov, Zdeno Cigar etc.

I'm now on July 1 1989, he is my teams property, but he still is unable to sign with a foreign team (NHL).
