Soon. Would not be surprised if it's worldwide by the end of the month, considering they're doing a soft launch. Soft launches aren't really something that you do very far in advance of a release.

I'm not completely clear on MLB save rules, but my reliever pitched 3 innings, and got a save, even though when he came in I was winning 10-0 and ended up winning 12-0.
