you have to unselect the box. i have it unselected otherwise my game will jump from 1999 (dont know why it says 2000) to the setting for the 1st league created in my game which is MLB.

Personally I think you're aging is too low. Seems you would have many players playing well into their late 40's. i use .975 for both based on recommendations from Gambo or Deja Bru from 4-5 years...
