Nevermind.. I was able to do it by creating a new MLB league inside my fictional league...dumping the mlb players into free agency...exporting roster...going to fictional league and importing roster....

um.... is there a reason why the game doesn't allow for expanded rosters during spring training? it kind of defeats the whole purpose of spring training, doesn't it?

well it says it's the major league team with zero players. and even if it DOES mean a minor league team...all the affiliates have full rosters too (or at least 25 players on each)
