Clinched playoffs and fan loyalty drops from Extreme to Good

Online league, clinched our first playoff berth in 4 seasons. Throughout the rebuild, the fan loyalty stayed Extreme. This sim after we clinched, it's suddenly Good. Any ideas how this happens?

Most unlikely, ridiculous career progression I've ever seen

TL is my major league. Talent level and stats are roughly equivalent to 1992 (league's starting year was 1900). Three levels of minors, A, AA, AAA.

This guy was drafted out of college on June 5th....
