It's not there unfortunately. Because I'm running OOTP through Steam, when I click on the Buy PP button, it takes me to a Steam overlay screen to buy the points, and there's no option to enter a code.

Hi, it's Noon EST on Monday, and my OOTP 24 Perfect Team league is still saying "The new league will be available shortly!" and the 'Play Perfect Team' button is greyed out. It looks like it should...
