Historical Game and the draft

If I play Historical game, the setting during startup about the draft is the only time that can be changed?

I'd like to start a 1917 game with no draft then start a draft in 1963 when the NHL did....

There are also files in Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Title Bout Championship Boxing 2.5

Both of those match the config.ini

Nope, that didn't work either. None of the files that appear in the error messages are in the folders.

I used that link for the download, same issue.

I put all of the fighters I want to use in a Group called Main, and I removed them from the Group Men. In both corners I select Main as the Group but it's still using fighters...
