Has this been addressed? It currently has my online league at a standstill. Nobody has any money to spend because the calculations are using projected revenue instead of the budgets.

Replace accents setting for CSV reports not working

Thread title says it all. Setting is checked but special characters are not being replaced. I unchecked it and tested just in case, but the special characters are there either way.
