This is an fun and well-run fictional league. The philosophy of NOBS is "all baseball - no BS". We have a firm $80 million dollar salary cap to prevent the rich teams from dominating the competition....

Are you one of those guys that keep joining leagues that fail? Well ... this isn't one of those leagues. The NOBL has been around since 1995 (using FPS) and switched over to OOTP in March 2002....
