OOTP appears to make errors calculating pitcher's overall stuff

When using the editor it's possible to lower any pitcher's overall stuff value by increasing the stuff of individual pitches.

Cannot edit ballpark

Upon starting the new season I now get a message that says:

"Ballpark editing is disabled after 30th day of season"

It's been about 10 days not 30. So my ballpark is forever locked into 0.8...
