They both look pretty usable although I'd lean towards "B". Sounds like he's the younger player too. I'd probably keep both for now and then trade or not-resign "A" when he starts to get expensive.

It worked (somewhat). I forced his role to SP in AAA and he's back to a Starter and stamina up to 45. He's got the stuff and pitches so very happy that he can start.
