What seems to be the sweet spot for you guys? There isn't much out there on what differentiates the difficulties. I want trades to be realistic, but not impossible.

Facegen

I’ve had issues in FHM 7 with Facegen only showing the bottom quarter of a players jersey. I downloaded FHM 8 and started a new game and Facegen only shows the bottom quarter of players.

Not good. I'm pretty particular about this because for me this is game breaking and needs to be corrected before I sink hours into a save. I really hope they are working on this in their next patch.

Pretty much bang on. I thought FHM 6 did an incredible job of emulating real life scoring. I imagine development will be tweaked in an update, hopefully.

Yes that's fair, but there are hardly any 4 star guys either and next to no 4.5-5. Either way the number of elite players in that save is much too low, I can't speak for how other saves are going.
