You can always set the number of draft rounds, however you can not see nor set the number of rounds that are generated for the draft pool without turning off those two settings on the historical tab.

Not worried about the size of the reserve rosters, but I have to ensure that the draft is small enough and that the draft pool is small as well so a ton of players don't get dumped into free agency...

There is a bug with the icon bar. If you move it to the left, the button to hide/show the bar remains on the right. Really should also give us the option to move the bar back to the bottom.

So with my league the problem is you have 40 players on the initial roster (all capable players) and each season 10 players are being added to the reserve roster and its quickly bloating the league....
