Limit Personnel Pickiness

Is there a way to force personnel to sign with any team/level? It's getting annoying that my scouts and others never want to re-sign despite being paid well and the team doing well.

Except, it seems like in my case, something is corrupting during autosave (Only autosave) that's actually wiping my game. I forgot to backup and the entire save file is gone

How do I disable this stupid autosave? It seems like if the game crashes during autosave, it just loses all progress. I don't need the game to save for me, I can save myself lol

Idk how this is, but this has been the second time the league has seen everyone, except maybe 1 or 2 teams, at a 100m+ deficit. Teams are releasing great prospects too. Last time, it naturally fixed...
