The drop down menus don't work properly with the window using the whole screen. You can un-maximize it to regular size and things work correctly, but it's obviously not set up to work that way.

I'd also prefer it if the game wouldn't automatically create a minor league system for the team. There could be a function or an option to add them quickly/automatically, but it shouldn't just happen...
