Markus, I got linked to this thread from FOFC. I would recommend in the future having the survey link in the e-mail go through your company site, rather than straight through the marketing site....

Well, I downloaded the full install and ran it...

Well, I downloaded the full install and ran it and it seems to include the msvcr71.dll, so I'm good now. Either I screwed up something in the install dance I did, or this is missing from the patch.

This is apparently an issue with Windows 7 64-bit as well. Any chance to get OOTP to actually include all the files it needs to run? If elicense needs something, it should be included as well.
