Drop the font image into this folder:

OOTP Baseball -> data -> jersey_fonts

But then you have to go to Customize Team and then Advanced Settings to select "show name" and/or "show number".

The older style jersey templates will still load...

The older style jersey templates will still load into OOTP 23+. However, the new jersey template has a longer torso and the sleeves are different so the older jersey format may look distorted...
