I don't understand what makes them so different...can't you be a GM in the show? I read something about franchise mode, which enables you to draft, trade and sign players, and move on with a team...

I probably need 40 rounds, with some extra generated for free agents. That was why just went with 50 and figured I'd only generate as many and try to reduce talent. Not a good idea I guess?

Because with actual minor league roster sizes, you need more players to fill those rosters. With the MLB setup I will either need more rounds, or more players generated. So what I have is 50 rounds...
