Uniforms Automatically Updating When Setting is Unchecked

I do not want the uniforms to automatically update each year. So I have the option unchecked, but the game still automatically updates the uniforms each year. Any ideas as to what I am doing...

How To Stop Automatic Uniform Updates?

I am running a Historical League and I do not want teams Automatically Updating the Uniforms each year.

I have that option Unchecked, and yet the uniforms update each year.

Game Freezes at "Saving Messages" (Not Responding)
