With recalc off does that mean a player’s career...

With recalc off does that mean a player’s career arc won’t be similar to their real life one? I am wanting to have a world where for instance Bo Jackson or Dale Murphy have long HoF type careers.

Random debuts as free agents

If I want to have random debuts that appear as free agents with no draft are there any settings I should use to make sure I’m having enough enter my world to properly populate it over time?
