Player Aging question

I started a league with MLB rosters and am now in 2014.. I've noticed that players are aging too quickly (once superstars dying out at 36-37)

The current aging speed for both hitters and pitchers...

I don't see how theres anything wrong with this, because IMO players seem to fall too much after injuries?

I mean, how often in real life do we see 6 week injuries dramatically kill a players...

(everyteam plays a 1 pm/7 pm DH... it can be one of the divison 2 game...
