Has the login bug been fixed in OOTP 24?

In '23 there was a bug where login information would be lost and we'd have to login every week or so, and then it wouldn't accept the PW for the first 1 or 2 tries. Has this been fixed in '24?

In '23 the game kept losing our login information and if we didn't notice and log back in we'd lose achievements. Has this been fixed in '24?

Clean Reinstall

How do I do a complete reinstall? I changed one of my paths and I'm getting a "can't find facegen" and other errors when I start so I uninstalled and then reinstalled but I'm getting the same errors....
