This issue could easily be solved if pretty much every non-live card was 'Limited Edition' with only a set amount of them available in the entire PT universe. The better the card, the rarer it should...

I thought this would be a little more subtle but WOW...it is basically calculating player ratings solely off of the stats from the first week of the season. Glad I tested it on a throway franchise...
