How do I move on to next years season

game not using set line-ups

Have line-ups set for all teams (lefty and righty), but when I auto play a game these line-ups are not being used. Have the game set on "have jim smith controll all teams". Is this incorrect?

importing historical player

After importing my player. it says import succeeded, player now added to draft pool. but I can not find him in the draft pool.Where are they? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for anyone's help....

Adding new players

Just finished a season of teams all time best team players. How can I add new players to each team. Such as Mike Trout to the Angels and Fernandez to the Marlins. Thanks
