Promoting teams

when I create my custom leagues I usual set all the minor league teams as independent teams but I think it would be interesting if there was an option to be able to move a team from the minor...

Expansion question

Have they fixed this expansion problem every time I tried to add a expansion team to my custom league in fhm 5 it would suggest a Canadian city no matter what region I set for the league
